RETURN POLICY

Please follow the RETURN AND EXCHANGE information below within 10 business days of receiving your order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item for refund of the purchase price of the item. Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, only the actual price of the item(s) you are returning.  You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, including a $5.00 restocking fee.

The acceptance of any return will be at our sole discretion.

Email our Customer Service team at shop.davidarchuleta@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order confirmation number and email address used
  • First and last name
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone number
  • Specify if you are requesting a return or exchange, what you are returning and why
  • Mail your return to the address below and include all the information above with your return. We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service that provides tracking or insurance.

Once your return has been received, we will exchange your item or credit your credit card accordingly. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days after being processed to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

The items listed below cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All sales of these items are final except only in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, backorder, unshipped pre-order, or undeliverable package.

  • Any apparel item showing obvious signs of use, items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition for reasons not due to an error on the part of the David Archuleta Store
  • Any physical media (CDs, DVDs, Vinyls, etc) that has been opened (removed from its plastic wrap) or autographed. (But may be exchanged for the identical item if delivered damaged or defective.)
  • Limited Edition or Collectible items
  • Sale or Clearance items

We will not re-ship any order or refund any customer whose order is not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Damaged. If your order arrives damaged, photograph evidence will need to be attached to your email to us. Once we receive the photographs, we will issue you a return label via email. Once the damaged product(s) is shipped back to us, we will provide you with replacement product(s) or refund.

Incorrect. If your order arrives and the product(s) is/are not what you ordered; contact us that you received incorrect product(s), we will issue you a return label via email. Once the incorrect product is shipped back to us, we will provide you with a replacement product or refund.

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor the cancellation or change.

Please email us at shop.davidarchuleta@gmail.com with your first and last name, address, order date and order number and we will do our best to help you out.

You may cancel your purchase of physical products at any time prior to the product being shipped to you, for any reason, by emailing a “Notice of Order Cancellation” to shop.davidarchuleta@gmail.com, prior to receiving a shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING

Shipping times (ex: 2 to 3 days for Priority Mail) do not include processing time. It make take a few days to process the order. You will receive an email indicating your order has been processed, along with a tracking number for you order. 

We will make best efforts to fulfill Your order by the delivery date, or estimated delivery date set out in the product specifications, however, it is understood that circumstances outside of our control may delay fulfillment or delivery, including, but not limited to: high-order volumes, holidays, weather, artist signings, preorder delays, manufacturing delays for preorder product, and shipping delays from the content provider for preorder product.
